Courtney Warren is an experienced litigator who represents individuals across the country in class and collective action lawsuits as well as those suffering from severe personal injuries. She was born in Austin, Texas and raised in both Austin and Denver, Colorado. She attended the University of Miami on an academic scholarship where she studied political science and criminology while also participating in the Honors Pre-Law and General Honors programs. After graduating early from University of Miami with honors and a double major, she attended the University of Virginia School of Law. Courtney received her J.D. in 2015 from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served on the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and Law and participated in the Innocence Project and Criminal Defense Clinic.
She started her career defending large companies in a variety of civil lawsuits, including in labor and employment disputes. Although she previously represented companies, she now uses her legal skills and her knowledge of the law to help the people who need it most. She is an advocate for worker rights and uses her skills to help her clients obtain the full and fair compensation they deserve.
Courtney is licensed in Colorado and Texas. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking with her dog and spending time with family.
