Samantha’s Background

Samantha Rodriguez was born and raised in Mission, Texas. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies, with a concentration in Political Communications, from The University of Texas at Austin in 2009. She graduated with honors and was recognized as both a Scholar of the College of Communication and a University of Texas Scholar.

Growing up in an impoverished area, Samantha knew from a young age that she wanted to commit herself to helping people. She attended law school at South Texas College of Law, graduating with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in May 2014. She has also been heavily involved with the Hispanic Law Society Association.

During law school, Samantha also represented people with disabilities before shifting her focus to assisting personal injury victims. She has represented individuals harmed by defective medical devices and medications, including the Bair Hugger warming device, Xarelto, IVC Filter, and Taxotere.

When she isn’t at work, Samantha enjoys yoga and spending time with family. When she is able, Samantha also enjoys lending a hand and getting involved with community service projects that come up through her professional memberships.
